One of the strategic priorities set by the Society for 2019-2021 was to produce a report on the development of arts and culture in the Central Cariboo. Dr. Graham Kelsey undertook this research, and in the summer of 2019 presented “Arts and Culture in the Central Cariboo: An Overview and Analysis of the Effects of Public Funding” to the Board of Directors.
