Grant recipients must submit a CCACS Grant Report within two months of completing their funded activity, project, purchase, or event. Reports must follow the provided template (download below) and include all required attachments.
Future grant applications will not be considered until reports from previous grants have been submitted and approved by CCACS.
These reports are essential for evaluating the impact of Arts and Culture Function-funded activities, assessing the effectiveness of our grant programs, and demonstrating responsible use of funds to stakeholders. Submitted reports may be shared with relevant committees, boards, Cariboo Regional District and City of Williams Lake staff, and consultants. General information, including photos and media, may also be shared publicly or used for promotional purposes.
